MOIHA Alumni to Represent Team USA

by Jon Hilke

Two MOIHA alumni will wear the red, white, and blue for Team USA in Bratislava, Slovakia June 25th-July 1st in the 2017 IIHF Inline World Championships.  Cody Kettler (Wentzville) and Jalen Krogman (Francis Howell Central) were two of twelve players selected in the country to represent the United States of America.  An alumni of Lindenwood University, Kettler won two (2013 & 2014) National Collegiate Roller Hockey Association (NCRHA) national championships as a player and is playing in his fourth IIHF games in which he won a gold medal back in 2013.  Kettler has also coached Francis Howell North to two (2014 & 2015) MOIHA varsity 1 state championships.  Krogman is a first-time member of Team USA and currently laces them up for the Lions at Lindenwood University.  Krogman has also won three MOIHA varsity 1 state titles as a player in 2009, 2010 and 2011 with Francis Howell Central.  MOIHA would like to wish both players the best of luck as they represent our country!
